His erudition in criminal law is well reflected in his write ups in law Journals. The loftiness of a teacher and the nobility of a lawyer are inextricably intertwined in him and hence the ‘teacher’ and ‘lawyer ‘ epithets suit him alike.

She is currently working as an Assistant Public Prosecutor, under Government of Delhi (NCT). She did her graduation in BSc Microbiology from Bharathiar University by bagging gold medal.Later she did her bachelor’s in law from Government Law College, Thrissur, Kerala in the year 2012 and was Calicut University topper. Then she started her career in advocacy in the trial courts of Kerala. Out of her interest in gender justice and Family law she practiced exclusively in the Family courts of Kerala. In the year 2015, joined Indian Law Institute for Masters and bagged the highest grade in the LLM Dissertation for the topic “Dissolution of Muslim Marriage: Law and Practice- A Quest for Reform”. She expanded her research in Islamic jurisprudence on Dissolution of Muslim Marriage by presenting and publishing articles in various national journals and Conferences relating to the issues revolving around this topic. Recently published her edited book on “Dispelling Rhetorics: Law of Divorce and gender inequality in Islam”.She before joining the Prosecution Department, had also worked as an Assistant Professor in IMS Law College, Noida and has practice experience of more than two years in Supreme Court of India.

She is a 3rd generation practising advocate at the Supreme Court of India. She specialises in Intellectual property rights law ,Constitutional law, International Relations & Diplomacy and family law. She is a Mediator. She is skilled in drafting , arguing & legal research. She does a fair share of legal advisory and consultancy work for a Number of individuals,companies,educational institutions and organisations.
With a background in Political Science (Hons.) from Hindu College , Delhi University, she is also an avid reader who writes poetry occasionally.
She is closely attached to TheVirtualLawyer Instagram handle which is an initiative to enhance virtual legal education through live sessions. It has conducted over 65 webinars and live sessions.

Bio
He is Assistant Professor at Faculty of Law, Manav Rachna University since July, 2019. He did his LL.M from The Indian Law Institute, New Delhi with specialization in Intellectual Property Rights and completed his LLB from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. He also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from St. Xavier’s College, Ranchi. He is UGC- NET qualified. He has over three years of teaching experience and his area of interest includes IPR and Jurisprudence.
Mr. Kumar recently got scholarship to participate in International Intellectual Property School held at Xiamen University, China and presented a paper entitled “Jurisprudential Foundation of Intellectual Property Rights”. He has also successfully completed “General Course on Intellectual Property” and “Intellectual Property Management” from WIPO, Geneva.
When not engaged in academic activities Mr. Kumar likes to spend time writing poetry and searching for classics – fiction and non- fiction, in old book markets.

He is the founder and Chairman of JN School of LAW, Center for legal and administrative studies .
Hailing from the Northern part of Kerala , he started practice in District court,Tellicherry and has served as the President of Tellicherry Bar Association many a time . Under his reign as the President, the Bar witnessed remarkable progress, especially in updating legal knowledge amongst the members, by conducting various classes, seminare, symposiums etc in which the presence of the reputed legal stalwarts across the country could be ensured.
For the first time in the history of Tellicherry Bar Association,one of the oldest and the most formidable one in India ,Mr Sharafudheen started coaching classes for the aspirants of judicial officers ,which, indeed, was alien to North Keralites till then. Many aspirants in North Kerala could avail the opportunity and come out with flying colours in the competitive exams ,which bestowed him one more feather in his crown. His assiduous involvement in the welfare of the legal fraternity,as the Bar Council Member of Kerala , deserves high acclaim . He was elected as State Bar council member in the year 2011 and re-elected to the same in the year 2018 also . Currently he is serving as Disciplinary Committe Chairman of Kerala State Bar Council . He is also the member of Kerala State Waqaf Board.
